I am a painter, printmaker and arts educator currently based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Much of the inspiration for my work comes from my experience of living overseas in İstanbul, Türkiye. I am also inspired by abstract expressionism and playful, exploratory approaches with media. I utilize bold, expressive brushstrokes to replicate the colours, textures and patterns found in the world around me.
